Floor Is Lava Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Floor Is Lava account and all of its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Floor Is Lava.
  2. Go to your Profile screen.
  3. Tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account is signed out and the app resets to a fresh, empty state.

Request deletion by web (no app required)

If you have uninstalled the app, email us and we will delete your account and data:

  • Email: mcanjelo0@gmail.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request - Floor Is Lava
  • If you signed in with Google, please send the request from the same Google email so we can verify and locate your account.

We process verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and its identifier
  • Your cloud save and game progress, including scores, highest wave, upgrades, characters, and daily streak
  • Your in-game currency ("embers") balance and transaction history
  • Your public profile, display name, avatar, and all leaderboard entries
  • Any linked Google sign-in identity. Your Google account itself is not affected.

What is not deleted by this process

  • Purchase records held independently by Google Play Billing and our purchase provider RevenueCat are retained under their own policies. If you also want your RevenueCat customer record erased, say so in your request and we will action it.
  • Purchased in-game currency is a consumable and is non-refundable; it is permanently forfeited on deletion.
